Defective Product Returns


All returns must be in original packaging (when applicable). A 15% restocking fee will apply to the refund total.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.  Return shipping will not be reinbursed.


Defects are rare, but they do occasionally occur and we apologize wholeheartedly, if you or your customer have received a defective Thirsties product.  We stand behind our products 100% and are happy to hear of the problem so that we can work together at a resolution. 
Thirsties product are under warranty for possible return for up to 90 days after the original purchase date.  Defects include loose stitching, holes, mis-sewn, etc. Staining and potential build-up is considered normal 'wear and tear' and does not suffice for repair or replacement purposes.
If you or your customer has received a defective product, please report it to us or ask your customer to report the defect on our online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form:
After filling out the form at the link above, the RMA info will be reviewed and a customer service rep will be in touch within 48 hours. Defects covered under the warranty will be either repaired or replaced at no cost to you or your customer.  If we decide a repair or replacement is what is needed in the case, we will email you or your customer a prepaid return label in which to mail the defect to us.
